WHAT IS THIS?

On October 6th, 2018 will be having our first annual Mattress Fundraiser! Our Knight Orchestra  will be working with Custom Fundraising Solutions (CFS) to put on this event. Our event requires no students or parents to work it at all! All we have to do is promote, advertise and get people in our community to the Clear Falls HS to buy a mattress! This one day event has the potential to earn us up to $50,000+! Our success all comes down to spreading the word!

WHO IS CFS?

Behind this whole fundraiser is the team at Custom Fundraising Solutions. In 2005, Custom Fundraising Solutions was born out of the idea to help kids raise money with a unique approach that had never been used in the fundraising industry.

 

Our concept, the “Mattress Fundraiser”, quickly gained acceptance in northeastern United States, and grew to be a national fundraising powerhouse. CFS is now over 90 locations strong, spanning the country, and has given back over $30 million dollars back into our communities.

 

We will continue to grow to more than 100 locations, each helping raise over $100,000 dollars to meet our goal of giving back $10 million dollars to kids and organizations every single year. Quality, Service and Value... that's what you can expect from a Custom Fundraising Event!

 

We specifically chose to work with high school music and arts programs due to widespread under-funding by schools themselves. As of August 2017, CFS has organized events in over 3000+ high schools in 75 cities nationwide and altogether helped raised $30 million dollars for students since its inception. With 50% of all proceeds going to schools, CFS takes care of all the digital advertising and manpower for and at the event itself asking schools only to provide a space and publicizing by word of mouth.

WHY?

This fundraiser will raise funds to helps us purchase new instruments, replacement of equipment, consultants, assist students in need & more.

Although unconventional, CFS is able to sell mattresses at 30-50% off retail price by cutting out the middle man; 66% of the price a customer pays for mattresses come from the need for expensive retail space and advertising. That's were we step in. Clear Falls HS will provide the space to transform our school into a makeshift showroom with beds and pillows set up to allow customers to examine & assess an accurate match for their needs.
